Application
The Search for Texas' Next Top Designer is a competition for Texas based designers; the award provides a business development grant (including cash and inkind support) for an emerging women's, men's, children's or accessories designer. The award is typically made once per year. We invite you to join our mailing list of Facebook page to stay current with events and activities.

Selection
All applicants are invited to a first level competitive review and all applications are carefully considered. An invitation is sent for secondary review for select candidates after which a grant is awarded to the individual the judges believe has the talent and business viability to launch or grow a successful business. Grants are normally announced at the organization’s annual Announcement Event for Texas’ Next Top Designer.

The application process includes:

Review of business, marketing, production, distribution and sales plans.
In person review of creative vision, business acumen, presentation skills and technical knowledge.

All applicants are required to submit the application (click here for application) and submit by the due date. A non-refundable application fee of $75 should be submitted with the applicatoin
